Our Director of Operations Rhodri Williams talks about what 2026 looks like for the Operations Team?

At Acrelec Odema, we believe that success is built on three pillars: people, processes, and purpose. As a leadership team, we are proud to be investing not only in new systems and resources but in the heart of our business—our people.

Over the past 6 months, we have made significant investments across multiple areas to strengthen these pillars. We’ve expanded our technical support team, involved in staging and supporting deployments. Our Deployment teams have grown in size and capability, with the introduction of new leaders to provide better support, mentoring, and delivery. We’ve also invested in our scheduling and engineering teams and introduced a Service Compliance Manager to ensure standards are not only maintained but exceeded.

We’ve enhanced the size and capabilities of our Operational Project Management teams, introducing new leadership for each team to provide better guidance and accountability. These changes are designed to improve collaboration and delivery quality across all projects.
