November 2024 marked the soft launch of our ground breaking AI solution at the Burger King Drive-Thru in Northwich UK. In collaboration with SoundHound AI, which is seamlessly integrated into Acrelec’s ecosystem, this innovative technology allows customers to place their orders directly through the automated AI system, which then sends the orders straight to the tills. This automation frees up crew members to focus on other areas of the store, while still being available to assist if needed.
