Slim Chickens has launched its first drive-thru site to utilise Acrelec Red Biscuit technology in Ireland. This new set up distinguishes itself from the franchisee’s other Slim Chickens locations in Ireland, which are inline stores equipped only with kiosks and Digital Menu Boards.

Slim Chickens has operated in the UK with Access POS, Worldpay PEDs, and Acrelec kiosks/DMB. However, the new Sprucefield site features a completely new configuration, including RBPOS, 11 Kitchen Display Screens, DMB, Outdoor Digital Menu Boards, and Quail Audio, plus a tablet POS for multiple purpose use , allowing for order taking away from the till point, all provided by Acrelec.
